<Check method>
The alarm does not occur when the operation is
checked on the servo motor alone, disconnected
from the machine. (Check the operation by
restoring to the initial gain.)
Change the servo
amplifier.
2. The servo system is unstable and causing hunting
or resonance.
1. Repeat acceleration /
deceleration to
execute auto tuning.
2. Change the auto
tuning response
setting.
3. Set auto tuning to OFF
and make gain
adjustment manually.
4. Check the coupling
with servo motor shaft
for looseness.

Servo amplifier's output terminals U, V, and W do
not match servo motor's input terminals U, V, and
W.
Connect correctly.

<Check method>
When the servo motor shaft is rotated with the
servo-off, the cumulative feedback pulses do not
vary in proportion to the rotation angle of the shaft.
Or error such as deviation in position within one-
revolution at a stop.
Change the servo motor.
6. Wire breakage of power supply cable. Repair the cable.
7. Servo motor fault. Change the servo motor.
