When the Authentication Feature is Enabled
When the Authentication feature is enabled, the relations between users and
mailboxes are as follows.
For information on the Authentication feature, refer to "Login Setup/Auditron Mode" (P.346).
When [Local Machine Access] or [Xerox Standard Accounting] is selected, when
[Check User Details] is set to [On] in [Network Access], or when authenticated as
a user other than a guest user in [Remote Access]
Important •
If authenticated as a guest user in [Remote Access], you are treated as an unauthenticated
user (general user) and cannot handle job flow sheets or mailboxes.
When [Check User Details] under [Network Access] is set to [Off (Keep logon
records)]
