Pseudo-Photo Gradation Mode
Set the gradation mode for photo originals. Select [Error Diffusion] or [Dither] depending on
the halftone processing to be used for reproducing photo images.
Original Type - Lightweight Originals
When [Text] is selected for [Original Type] in the [Image Quality] screen, set whether to
display [Lightweight Originals] on the screen.
Stamp Size
Set the default value for [Size] displayed when [Stamp] is selected for [Annotation] in the
[Output Format] screen.
Stamp Density
Set the translucency of the stamp printed as annotation.
You can select from three translucency values: Darken, Normal, and Lighten. Darken
represents no translucency.
Note
•
If the stamp with [0%] density is printed over text, the text may be unreadable.
Stamp Position (Side 2)
When the 2-sided copy feature is used and [Stamp] is selected under [Annotation], set where
to print a stamp on side 2 of each sheet of paper.
Opposite to Side 1
Prints in a position symmetrically opposite to side 1.
Same as Side 1
Prints in the same position as side 1.
Date Position (Side 2)
When the 2-sided copy feature is used and [Date] is selected under [Annotation], set where to
print a date on side 2 of each sheet of paper.
Opposite to Side 1
Prints in a position symmetrically opposite to side 1.
Same as Side 1
Prints in the same position as side 1.
Page Number Position (Side 2)
When the 2-sided copy feature is used and [Page Number] is selected under [Annotation], set
where to print a page number on side 2 of each sheet of paper.
Opposite to Side 1
Prints in a position symmetrically opposite to side 1.
Same as Side 1
Prints in the same position as side 1.
Bates Stamping - Position (Side 2)
When the 2-sided copy feature is used and [Bates Stamping] is specified under [Annotation],
set where to print text and a page number on side 2 of each sheet of paper.
Same as Side 1
Prints at the same position as side 1.
Opposite to Side 1
Prints at the position symmetrical to side 1.
