Chapter Two System Description
Capacity
The Commander i+ system is able to connect up to 4 external PSTN
lines, 8 keystations and up to 4 standard tone telephone terminals (via
the Analogue Facilities Unit - AFU).

* Note: There can be a maximum of 5 simultaneous calls on the
system at any one time. Each PSTN exchange line reserves
one call channel. These channels are reserved regardless of
whether they are in use or not. The remaining channels are
then used for internal (intercom) calls.
For example, if there are two PSTN exchange lines on the
system there can be 2 simultaneous exchange calls and 3
intercom calls. If there are four PSTN exchange lines on the
system then there can be 4 simultaneous exchange calls and 1
intercom call.
