Make your inquiry.
•
Return to the held call by pressing the held [LINE].
If a call on hold is not retrieved within the pre-programmed time, recall
ringing is heard at the holding station. For further information on setting
the hold timer refer to Administration Programming - 12a Hold Timer
on page 6-12.
Transferring Calls
Any external call can be transferred to another station.
To Transfer A Call:
•
Immediately make an intercom call (this will result in the call being
placed on exclusive hold).

Transfer Without Announcement (Camp On):
•
Hang up before the called party answers or upon hearing busy / ring
tone.

At the transferred keystation the call is presented as an incoming call
and the display indicates which station is transferring the call.

If the called station does not answer the transferred call within the pre-
programmed time, the call will revert back to the original station.

Wait for the answer and offer the call.

Hang up.
