By changing one or both of these settings to ‘0’ for Long Line and / or ‘0’ for High ( C.O. ) most faint reception
difficulties can be rectified.
Where programming changes are unsuccessful
Although the programming changes will work in most circumstances, there may still be occasions where the faint
reception is still a problem.
In these cases please contact the Telstra Commander Remote Access Centre on 1800 809 881 for further help.
The Future
Work is being done with the manufacturer to assess whether any changes to default data are required at
manufacture.
