Use the following procedure to create connections (i.e., tag data links) with the Wizard.

Set tags and tag sets for all the devices before starting the Wizard. Refer to
on page 7-23 for the setting procedure.

For tag data links between OMRON PLCs, a connection is created in the PLC (i.e., the origina-
tor device) that receives data as input data. First, select the registered device for which you
want to create a connection in the Network Configuration Window of the Network Configurator,
and then select
Device
-
Parameters
-
Wizard
from the menu.
The following message box will be displayed before the Wizard starts.
Click the
Yes
Button to delete the connections that are set with OMRON PLCs before starting
the Wizard.

Create the connection following the instructions that are given by the Wizard after the Wizard
starts. (See the following figure.)

A list of tag sets is displayed on the right side of the Wizard with target devices that support
receiving input data.
Select the tag sets that you want to receive at the originator device.
