Appendix I-1-2 Y-Coordinate
The Y-coordinate position with respect to the top left corner of the screen is displayed.
«Syntax»
<y[ [hotspot] [raw/calibrated] value [units]]>
Arguments inside [ ] can be omitted.
If [raw/calibrated] is omitted, the same setting as when [calibrated] is specified will be
applied.
«Setup Procedure»
1. Enter “y” as the first character inside < >.
2. Add the following characters to set the display method.
hotspot
: Display measurement points with “+” markings.
raw
: Display data in pixel values.
calibrated
: Display data in numerical values (µm).
units
: Display the unit (pixels/µm).
