When RTC_CTRL.COEN=1, RTCCLK = 32.768KHz and prescale at their default
value (RTC_PRE.DIVA[6:0]=127 and RTC_PRE.DIVS[14:0]=255).
0: Calibration output is 256 Hz
1: Calibration output is 1 Hz
