Voice Guidance

Voice guidance uses “audio messages” to explain functions or the operation

methods.

<Voice Guidance>

The <Voice Guidance> blinks when the voice guidance is available or the voice

guidance is given. When you press <Voice Guidance> while it is blinking, the

voice guidance starts. When you press <Voice Guidance> during the voice

guidance, it is canceled.

When there is a problem with the machine, like a paper jam, the voice

guidance is given.

Notification guidance

The machine status, for example, “Copy Ready” when you load a document,

is given by voice.

NOTE

The “Error reset guidance” and “Notification guidance” automatically start depending
on the machine status regardless of the <Voice Guidance> status.






