Transmitting a Cover Page with Documents
A cover page containing a simple message can be automatically attached to the
documents and transmit ahead of them.
Registering cover pages
You can register up to three types of cover pages.

Press <Menu>, <5>, <0>, <5>, [Enter].

Select a cover page you want to register using the cursor keys and
press [Enter].

Up to 120 characters can be entered. For details about entering
characters, refer to page 1-29.
You can check the entered message by pressing [Content]. After
checking, press [Close] to return to the entry screen.
To insert a line break, press [Newline]. You can insert up to five line
breaks. A line break is counted as two characters.
[Content] or [Newline] is displayed by pressing [
].

After entry, press [Enter].
To continue to enter other cover pages, repeat from step 2.

Press <Reset> to return to the standby screen.
