Broadcast
With the broadcast transmission, you can use transmit the same document to
up to 230 destinations in one operation.
When you often transmit to the same destination group, the group transmission
function (page 4-5) is useful.
Broadcast transmission

Load your document and press <Fax>.
For details on how to load documents, refer to “Loading Documents”
(page 1-59).

Set the resolution and contrast as necessary.
For the setting procedure, refer to “Setting the resolution/contrast” (page
3-13).

Enter the destination fax number.
Using the numeric keys
Enter the destination number using the numeric keys and press
[Enter]. Up to 30 destinations can be entered.
Using the one-touch keys
Press the one-touch key in which the destination is registered. Up
to 56 destinations can be entered.
The one-touch keys 01 to 56 correspond to the speed dials 001 to
056. For example, when you register the destination in the speed
dial 002, you can specify the same destination by pressing the one-
touch key 02 as well.
Using the speed dials
Open the one-touch key panel on the right side of the control
panel. Press <Speed Dial> and enter the target 3-digit speed dial
(001 to 200) using the numeric keys, then press [Enter]. Up to 200
destinations can be entered.
You can also display the speed-dial entry screen by pressing
<Menu>, selecting “Speed Dial” using the cursor keys and pressing
[Enter].
Using the address book
Press the lower cursor key to display the address book. Select the
destination to press [Close].
For details on using the address book, refer to “Using the address
book” (page 3-8).
NOTE
• Repeat the above steps as necessary, and enter other numbers.
• Press [Location] to check or delete the entered numbers. Refer to the
following “To check or delete the entered destination numbers (Location)”.
