Memory overflow during transmission
If the memory is exceeded while the documents are being stored, the following
message is displayed:
If the quick memory transmission (page 3-15) is OFF and the
memory transmission is ON, the memory may be exceeded when the
first page of a document is stored.

If the quick memory transmission is ON and the memory is exceeded
while the second page or later of a document is stored, a check message
is printed, showing the number of the document page at which the
memory was exceeded.
Wait until memory is available or use real time transmission (page
3-14) to retransmit the documents from the printed page number.
If the quick memory transmission (page 3-15) is OFF and the memory
transmission is ON, the memory may be exceeded when the second
page or later of a document is stored
If the quick memory transmission (page 3-15) is ON, the memory may
be exceeded when a document is stored

Press [Yes] to transmit only the documents stored in memory.
Press [No] to delete the documents stored in memory.
If no operations are performed within three minutes, the screen is
automatically reset and the stored documents will be deleted.
NOTE
You can change the auto reset time of the screen from between 1 to 10 minutes. For
details on settings, refer to “Auto reset time” in “Management Settings” (page 8-35).
