Troubleshooting

Lift up the document tray.

Gently pull out the jammed document.

6

Put the document tray back in place. Close the ADF cover.

Reload the document which was jammed.

If the following message appears, you can press [Yes] and rescan the
documents. Load the documents according to the instructions on the
screen.

If you press [No] during a fax transmission, the machine will stop

transmitting. If you press [No] during a copy operation, it will copy only

already scanned documents.

Document jam

NOTE

If a document jam occurs in the quick memory transmission, a check message is
printed.
Reload the documents from the page indicated on the check message.
