Reception using a sub-address (F-code polling)
• Enter the sub-address and password to retrieve (polling) the documents stored
in the other machine's bulletin box.
• First, check the sub-address and password of the bulletin box in the other machine.

Press <Fax> to switch to the fax mode.

Press <Menu>.

Select “F-Code Polling” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Enter the sub-address for the bulletin box using the numeric keys
and press [Enter].

Enter a password using the numeric keys and press [Enter].

Passwords can be entered with up to 20 numerals, * or #.
If a password is not required, press [Enter] without entering
anything, and proceed to step 6.

Press [Close] to return to the standby screen.
When the F-code polling is set, the icon of the advanced functions is
displayed.
To change the sub-address or password, return to step 2.
Press <Reset> to release the F-code polling setting.

Enter the destination fax number and press <Start>.
You can use the numeric keys, one-touch keys, speed-dials, address
book, and group.
Up to 230 destinations can be specified. (Up to 30 destinations can be
specified using numeric keys.)
