Job Confirmation/Fax Cancel
Canceling/Checking the broadcast transmission
and group transmission by destination
You can check the destinations for a running broadcast transmission or group
transmission, and delete them individually. When the communication is
reserved such as for the delayed transmission, however, you cannot check or
delete the destinations individually.
When the broadcast transmission or group transmission is reserved:
Press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel>.

Press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel>.

Select “Delayed Commands” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

The communication reserved documents are displayed.
To change the screen, press the cursor keys.

To cancel the communication, select the destination(s) you want to
delete using the cursor keys, and press [Delete].
Displayed as “Bcast.”.

Press [Yes]. The selected communication document is deleted.
All the broadcast destinations will be deleted.
