Function Number List
The following is the list of functions available to set in this product. The
numbers in the shaded boxes are the function numbers, which are used to
directly opening the set-up screen for the target function.
Example: To display the copy default settings screen

Press <Menu>.

The function number of the copy default settings screen is 401.
Press <4>, <0>, <1> using the numeric keys accordingly.

You can enter up to 200 frequently-used destinations in the speed dials. You can also edit, delete, or move the entered speed dial.

You can combine and enter multiple destinations in one group. You can also edit the entered group.
3 Paper Settings
Bypass [Others] Paper
You can register the type and size of paper used in the bypass tray.
List Paper
You can select the paper size or cassette for printing lists.
Cassette [Others] Paper
Select the paper size when you set the paper size dial to “Others” in the paper cassette.
Print Cassette
You can select the cassette to use when the paper selection is set to “Auto” for
the cassette used for the fax reception or for copying.
Separate Rx Page
You can select the cassette to use for printing the first page of received documents.

If you set this to ON, you can scan the next document during copying.
4 Copy Settings
401 Default Settings
You can set the default document type for copying.
4011 Document Type
You can set the default contrast for copying.
4013 Contrast
You can set whether the copy magnification is
auto or 100% in the default setting.
4015 Zoom
If you set this to ON, the sort function is ON in
the default setting.
4017 Sort
You can set the default margin.
4019 Margin
You can set the default width for the erase center.
4021 Erase Center
If you set this to ON, the mix copy function is
ON in the default setting.
