Canceling printing
To cancel printing, first try to cancel the print job on Windows. If you fail, cancel
it on the machine.
To cancel printing on Windows
The following procedure takes Windows XP Professional as an example.
Some operations may differ depending on your Windows version.

Click “Printers and Faxes” from the [Start] menu.

Double-click the icon for the active printer.
The print queue appears.

Right-click the document to cancel printing, and select “Cancel”.
To cancel from the machine

Press <Online> during printing.
The print cancel confirmation screen appears.

Press [Yes].
Printing from your PC stops.
