Limitations on deleting/moving/replacing
The speed dial entries you can delete, move or replace are limited.
Speed dials with limitations
You cannot delete, move, or replace the speed dials being used for a
transmission in progress or reserved transmission, until said transmission
is complete.
You cannot delete, move, or replace the speed dials being used for the F-code
relay box or fax forwarding functions.
Limitations on replacing
You cannot replace the limited speed dials. The speed dials you cannot
replace appear shaded.

Limitations on moving
If you move a speed dial, the speed-dial number will move up or down
accordingly. You cannot move a speed dial to a position where a limited speed
dial entry (appears shaded) would be moved up or down.
