Fax Ringer
You can set the ringer for fax
reception even if the telephone is
not connected to this machine.

Fax Ringer Volume

Key Touch Volume

Job Complete Volume
You can adjust the fax ringer, key
touch, and job complete volumes.

Key Touch Tone
You can change the tone produced
when pressing the operation keys.

Complete Beep
You can set the sound that goes off when
a copy or fax operation is complete.
Press [Test] to sound the selected beep.

Copy Complete
Beeps when copying is complete.

Tx Complete.
Beeps when the fax transmission
is complete.

Rx Complete
Beeps when the fax reception is
complete.

Fax Print Complete
Beeps when printing received
documents is complete.

Energy Save Rx Cmplt.
Beeps when the reception during
energy save mode is complete.
You can set the energy save reception
complete sound only when you set
both the start time and reset time
in the “Energy Save Period” setting.
This function has no voice option.

List Print Complete
Beeps when list printing is complete.

PC Printing Complete
Beeps when printing sent from a
PC is complete.
