Setting the transmission confirmation report temporarily
This function can be temporarily set to “On” or “Off” regardless of the
transmission confirmation report setting. This setting will take effect only for
the communication sent/received just after setting. When the communication
sent/received just after setting is complete, the machine returns to the status
registered in the transmission confirmation report setting.

Press <Fax>.

Press <Menu>, select “Tx Report” using the cursor keys, and press
[Enter].

Select “On” or “Off” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Press [Close] to return to the standby screen.
NOTE
• When this function is set to ON (issue the Tx report), the icon of the advanced
functions is displayed.
• When you assign “Tx Report” to the soft keys, you can switch ON/OFF of the
transmission confirmation report through one-touch.
• To change the default of the transmission confirmation report, refer to the following
“Setting the transmission confirmation report”.
Setting the transmission confirmation report
When you set the transmission confirmation report default to “On”, the Tx
report is printed after every transmission.
