13. Reconnect the wires to the sensors on the green luer lock side. The color of the sensor
wire is irrelevant when connecting to the sensor socket. Either color of sensor wire can
connect to either sensor socket.

14. Reconnect the CO
2
/air tubing to the luer locks on both sides of the water reservoir.
15. Replace the top access panel surrounding the top door and close the upper hinged side
door. See Figure 7-9 .
16. Replace the lock screw in the top access panel. See Figure 7-8 .
17. If your instrument includes the Transmitted Light option, move the Transmitted Light tower
back into position and replace the hinge release knob. See Figure 7-7 .
18. Restart the system. See Starting the System on page 27 .
19. In the MetaXpress software, do one of the following to close the instrument top door:
From the simplified menu, click Screening > Acquisition Setup > Load Plate.
From the standard menu, click Screening > Plate Acquisition Setup > Load Plate.
