16. Snap an image to show the condenser annulus ring. You might need to adjust the exposure
time.

17. In either the Acquire dialog or the Plate Acquisition and Control dialog, click Live Mode.
18. Do one the following to load the saved positions:
From the simplified menu, click Measure > Regions > Load Region.
From the standard menu, click Regions > Load Regions.
19. Using the condenser annulus centering knobs located on the right top and left top surface
of the condenser turret, center the condenser annulus ring with the objective phase ring.
20. Lock down the annulus centering knobs.

21. Adjust the height of the Transmitted Light condenser with the condenser height
adjustment knob until a sharp image is obtained. If required, adjust the lamp power or
exposure level.
