Setting Up Plate Acquisition to Use a Water Immersion Objective

In the MetaXpress software, you configure an acquisition using a water immersion objective
the same way that you would configure an acquisition using an air objective. When using a
water immersion objective, the Plate Acquisition Setup dialog provides:

A water immersion status icon beneath the plate map.
The installed water immersion objectives in the list of available magnifications on the
Objective and Camera tab.
