13. In the Current Position: X field, enter 64900.
14. In the Current Position: Y field, enter 42200, and then press Enter to move to the
approximate center of the plate.
15. Do one of the following to display the Focus dialog:
From the simplified menu, click Control > Devices > Focus.
From the standard menu, click Devices > Focus.
16. Select the Auto Focus tab.
17. Click Configure Laser to display the Configure Laser Autofocus dialog.

18. Select the Start from Current Z-Position Start Position option.
19. In the Full Range field, enter 1000.
20. In the Exposure 1st Surface field, enter 10.
21. In the Coarse Step field, enter 5.
Note: The value to set depends on the objective. For the 10x Plan Apo objective,
enter 3.
22. In the Laser Intensity field, enter 100.
