22. In the MetaXpress software, click Stop Live.
The lens you use for phase ring adjustment automatically moves out of the optical path
when you select an emission wavelength for the acquisition.
23. In the Configure Illumination dialog, verify that the IXConfocal Module Emission Filter
setting is restored to its normal setting, such as Empty.
Replacing the Original Emission Filter
To replace the original emission filter:
1. Exit the MetaXpress software.
2. Remove the phase ring adjustment lens from Position 8 of the emission wheel. See
Removing Emission Filters on page 201
for details.
3. Install the original emission filter in Position 8 of the emission wheel. See
for details.
4. Restart the MetaXpress software.
