Plate Acquisition Setup Dialog: Configure Tab, Plate Tab

Use the Plate tab to configure the plate dimensions to accurately control the X, Y, and Z
movements of the ImageXpress Confocal HT.ai system. Define accurate plate dimensions to
prevent the instrument from making potentially hazardous movements. The plate dimensions
you define also ensure that laser-based autofocus is as accurate as possible.

Note: The MetaXpress software installation flash drive contains common plate types
that are already configured. From the MetaXpress software flash drive, find the Plates
folder for plate files. See

Verifying Plate Types on page 50

.
