Configuring Post-Acquisition Analysis Options
Use the Analysis tab to select the analysis to run on a plate after the acquisition completes. If
you select this option, the software adds the analysis job to the Auto Run queue in the
MDCStore database for analysis either by MetaXpress software that is set to Auto Run mode or
by the MetaXpress PowerCore™. You can select from a list of assays and settings files from any
application module, custom module, or journal assay that you save to the MDCStore database.
To configure post-acquisition analysis:
1. Select the Acquisition tab.
2. Select the Analyze Images Immediately After Acquisition check box to add an Analysis tab
to the Configuration tab.
3. Select the Analysis tab.
Note: The options that display on the Analysis tab depend on the series acquisition
mode check boxes you select on the Acquisition tab (Acquire Time Series or
Acquire Z Series) as well as the image to acquire and retain: Single Plane, D
Projection Image Only, or Z Series and Projection Image.
