7. To adjust spacing, do one of the following:
To manually increase the spacing between adjacent sites, enter positive numbers in
the Spacing fields or to overlap the sites, enter negative numbers in the Spacing
fields.
Note: The camera size limits these values and the amount of overlapping you
can specify.
Click Tile Sites to automatically adjust the spacing between adjacent sites so that
there is zero spacing between sites.
Click Fit Sites to Well to automatically adjust the spacing between the adjacent sites to
the maximum allowed value based on the plate type.
Click Overlap Sites 10% to automatically overlap the sites by 10%. This is generally
recommended if you plan to stitch sites together later.
Note: Do not click Overlap Sites 10% for Z series acquisitions.
