3) ABS transfer mode finish-time time-out check
If ABSM is not turned off within 5 s after the last ABS transmission data ready (19th signal for
absolute position data transmission) is turned on, it is regarded as the transmission error and the
[AL. E5 ABS time-out warning] is output.
