Set the deceleration time for the servomotor from the rated speed down to zero speed.
If the command speed is lower than the rated speed, the fall time also correspondingly
reduces.
Only uses in the speed control mode. It is invalid in position control mode.
If the servo driver constitutes the position control with host controller, this parameter should
be set zero, otherwise affects the position control performance.
