서로  다른  온도  범위의  조정  밸브를  섞어서  조

립하지  마십시오. 

온도  조정  밸브  케이싱을  잘못  설치하지  않도

록  주의하십시오.  온도  조정  밸브  케이싱의  설치  외경이  고온 

냉각수,  저온  냉각수  및  윤활유  모두  동일한  치수이기  때문입니

다. 

윤활유  밸브  케이싱은  두개의  입구가  동일하게 

아래쪽으로  향해  있습니다. 

 

예비  윤활  펌프                              는  전동기로  구동되

는  기어  타입  펌프이며,  이  오일  펌프는  엔진  정지시에 

자동적으로  작동한다.  엔진이  정지되어  있는  기간에도 

연료가  순환하고  있다면  예비  윤활이  작동되어야  한다. 

자동  예비  윤활  기능을  작동하지  않았다면,  엔진을  시

동하기  전에  충분히  예비  윤활을  시켜야  한다.  예비  윤

활  펌프에  대한  상세한  사항은  제작사의  별도  지침서를 

참고하십시오. 

 

 

정비  중,  모든  연결부위에  누유  및  누수가  있는지를 

점검하고,  모든  오링에  손상이  있는지를  항상  점검해야 

한다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Be  careful  not  to  mix  the  thermostat 

valves with different temperature ranges. 

Be careful not to mismounting thermostat 

valve casings. The install diameters of thermostat valve 

casings are same for H.T.W, L.T.W, and Lubricating oil. 

 

Valve  casing  for  lubricating  oil  has  two 

inlets of downward with same direction. 

 

The prelubricating oil pump                            is of the 

electric  motor  driven  gear  type  pump,  which  is 

operated 

automatically 

when 

engine 

stopped. 

Prelubrication  is  recommended  during  engine  stop 

period  if  fuel  oil  is  circulating.  In  case  that  the 

automatic  prelubrication  has  been  switched  off,  the 

engine  must  be  prelubricated  sufficiently  before 

starting-up. Details for the prelubricating oil pump are 

found in a separate manual. 

 

Always  make  sure  of  checking  all  connections  for 

leaks  and  all  o-rings  for  any  damage  during 

maintenance.
