Installation of Resilient Mounting

일반적으로 탄성 지지대는 Common base frame에 부착

되어 공급된다. 이 경우에는 아래의 2. 부터 시행하고 만

약 부착되어 있지 않다면 Base frame의 Bracket에 탄

성 지지대를 부착하고 다음을 시행한다.

탄성지지대의

casting과

Base

frame의

Bracket 을 4개의 bolt로 고정한다.

Protection cap을 제거하고 fixing bolt(6), spring

washer(5), top lock ring(4)을 분해한다.

Jacking bolt를 그림 1의 7번 Hole에 설치한다. 이

때 기초와 탄성지지대 사이의 간격은 최소한 25mm

가 되어야 한다. (그림 2)

모든 Jacking bolt가 기초에 완전히 밀착되었는지

확인하고 엔진을 내려놓은 후 Internal buffer를 돌

려 자유롭게 돌아가는지 확인한다.

NOTE : Internal buffer가 자유롭게 돌아가지 않는

다면 그 탄성지지대의 국부적인 하중을 제거한 다음

에 시계방향으로 돌려 풀림 상태가 되게 한다.

Method Of Installation 1

If the resilient mounting is clung to the common base

frame (It’s normal), perform after the below No. 2.

Otherwise perform below after clinging the resilient

mounting to the base frame.

1. Fix the top casting to the bracket of the base

frame by using 4 bolts.

2. Remove Protection cap and loosen fixing bolt(6),

spring washer(5) and top lock ring(4).

3. Install the jacking bolt at tapped hole.(9) At this

time, the distance between the foundation and

resilient mounting should be at least 25mm.

(Fig.2)

4. Check all jacking bolts are in completely contact

with the foundation. And confirm that the internal

buffer could be turned freely after getting down

the engine.

NOTE : If the internal buffer is not turned freely,

make it release by turning it clock wise direction

after removing the partial load of those resilient

mounting
