심각한 마멸 또는 손상이 시팅면 또는 볼의 표면
에서 관측되면, 딜리버리 밸브를 교체하십시오.

디플렉터
어셈블리
침식된 크기가

3.5 mm 이상일 경우에는 디플렉
터를 교체하십시오.
5.
플런저
어셈블리
플런저 어셈블리가 다음과 같다면 교체하십시오.
1.
플런저와 배럴사이의 간극이 15
μ
m 이상일 경우.
2.
플런저의 침식정도가 노치에서 0.8 mm 미만일 경우.
3.
플런저에 생성된 침식에 의한 깊이가 0.7 mm 이상일
경우.
4.
배럴 포트에 생성된 침식에 의한 깊이가
0
.5 mm 이
상일 경우.
5.
심각한 마멸 이나 손상이 관측되는 경우.
플런저와 배럴은 서로 맞춰져 있으며, 개별적으로
교체하여서는 안됩니다.

컨트롤
슬리브
및
컨트롤
랙
컨트롤 슬리브 및 컨트롤 랙이 다음과 같다면 교
체하십시오.
1.
컨트롤 슬리브가 고정된 상태에서 컨트롤 랙이 0.2
mm 이상 움직일 경우.
2.
플런저가 고정된 상태에서 컨트롤 랙이 0.5 mm이상
움직일 경우.
2. Symptoms of heavy abrasion or damage can be
observed on bearing on sliding outside diameter.
3. Delivery valve and others
Replace the delivery valve if symptoms of heavy
abrasion or damage can be observed on the
seating or ball surface.
4. Deflector
assembly
Replace the deflector if the size of the erosion is
more than Ø 3.5 mm.
5. Plunger
assembly
Replace the plunger assembly if
1. The clearance between the plunger and the
barrel is more than 15
μ
m.
2. The erosion of the plunger is marked less than
0.8 mm from notch.
3. The depth of the erosion marked on the plunger
is more than 0.7 mm.
4.
The depth of the erosion marked on the port of
the barrel is more than 0.5 mm.
5. Symptoms of heavy abrasion or damage can be
observed.
The plunger and the barrel are matched and
cannot be replaced individually.
6. Control sleeve and control rack
Replace the control sleeve and control rack if
1. The control rack’s movement is more than 0.2
mm on condition that the control sleeve is
firmed.
2. The control rack’s movement is more than 0.5
mm on condition that the plunger is firmed.
