14. 

연료  분사  밸브  고정용  스터드에  운반  지그를  설치

하고,  크레인에  매단다.  실린더  유니트를  천천히  주

의하여  들어올린다.   

운반지그  :     

(톱  커버  받침용  스터드  1개를  분해하고  운반지그를 

설치할  것) 

인접해  있는  부품과  접촉하여  손상되지  않

도록  주의하십시오.

그림  4와  같이  실린더  유니트를  안정된  작업대(옵

션)로  운반하여  올려  놓는다. 

 

실린더  유니트를  엔진에  탑재 

 

재  조립  절차는  기본적으로  분해  절차의  역순이다.  실린

더  유니트는  정상적인  서비스를  위해  완벽하게  보존  및 

준비되어  있어야  한다.  부착된  테이프  또는  유사한  종류

의  것은  반드시  떼어내야  한다.  모든  O-링은  점검되어야 

하며  필요시  새것으로  교체되어야  한다.  또한  실린더  유

니트를  조립하기  전  깨끗이  닦은  후  그리스를  발라  두어

야  한다.

연료  분사  밸브  고정용  스터드에  운반  지그를  설치

하고  크레인에  매단다. 

2.

 

실린더  유니트를  작업대에서  들어올린  후  유니트와 

엔진블록을  청결하게  한다.  특히  워터  쟈켓의  하부

면과  엔진  블록의  상부면을  아주  청결하게  한  후  깨

끗한  윤활유를  가볍게  바른다. 

 

3.

 

연료  분사  펌프의  O-링에  그리스를  바른다. 

 

4.

 

엔진  블록의  O-링을  살펴보고  워터  쟈켓이  정확하

게  위치하였는지  점검한다. 

5.

 

연료  캠과  크랭크  샤프트의  위치를  확인한다.  크랭

크  샤프트를  회전시켜  연료  분사  펌프의  롤러를  최

저점에  위치시킨다. 

이것은  연료  분사  펌프의  스프링력을  낮추

어서  펌프의  설치를  보다  쉽게  하기  위한  필수  사항입니다. 

 

 

14.  Install  lifting  tool  on  the  studs  for  fuel  injection 

valve  and  hook  up  onto  a  crane.  Lift  up  the 

cylinder unit slowly and carefully. 

Lifting Tool : 

 

(After  remounting  a  stud  for  top  cover  support 

and Install the lifting jig.)

 

Be  careful  not  to  be  damaged  by 

touching adjacent parts. 

15.  Move  and  place  the  cylinder  unit  on  a  stable 

working stand (Optional) as shown in fig 4. 

 

Mounting a Cylinder Unit on the Engine 

Remounting procedure is basically reverse order of 

dismounting  procedure.  The  cylinder  unit  should  be 

maintained  completely  and  ready  for  normal  service. 

Make  sure  that  covering  tapes  or  the  like  removed. 

All  O-rings  should  be  checked  and  replaced  by  new 

ones,  which  also  should  be  cleaned  and  greased 

before mounting the cylinder unit. 

1.  Install  lifting  tool  on  the  studs  for  fuel  injection 

valve and hook up onto a crane. 

2.  Lift  up  the  cylinder  unit  from  working  stand  and 

clean  the  unit  and  engine  block.  Especially  the 

bottom of the water jacket and top surface of the 

engine  block  should  be  cleaned  thoroughly  and 

coated slightly by clean lubricating oil. 

3.  Coat  the  grease  on  the  O-rings  for fuel  injection 

pump. 

4.  Check O-rings on engine block, and water jacket 

positioned correctly. 

5.  Check  the  position  of  fuel  cam  and  crankshaft. 

Turn  the  crankshaft  until  the  roller  of  fuel 

injection pump is in lowest position of fuel cam. 

This  is  necessary  to  reduce  the 

spring  force  of  fuel  injection  pump  for  easier 

mounting.
