피스톤과  커넥팅  로드의  분해 

1.

 

실린더  헤드를  엔진  블록에서  분해한다. 

(                              의 

“

엔진으로부터  실린더  헤드의 

분해 

”

  부분을  참조하십시오.) 

2.

 

플레임  링을  분해하고,  피스톤  크라운의  나사  구멍

을  청소한다. 

분해공구  :

 

 

 

3.

 

운반용  지그를  그림  1과  같이  피스톤  크라운에  설치

한다. 

운반  지그  : 

4.

 

크랑크  샤프트를  대략  25°위치로  회전시킨다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.

 

고정구를  커넥팅  로드  상부와  대단부에  부착한다. 

 

고정구  :   

6.

 

커넥팅  로드  스터드용  4개의  너트를  유압으로  풀어

낸  후  너트와  스터드를  분해한다. 

분해  절차서  :   

분해  압력  : 1170 bar (max. 1208 bar)

 

유압  공구  :   

 

 

 

Dismounting a Piston & Connecting Rod 

1.  Dismount cylinder head from the engine. 

(See “

Dismounting of a cylinder head from the 

engine

” in                            ) 

2.  Take out the flame ring and clean the threaded 

hole on the piston crown   

Removal device :

   

 

 

3.  Install lifting jig on the piston crown as shown in 

fig. 1. 

Lifting jig : 

 

4.  Turn the crankshaft to 25

°

approximately. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Install clamping support on connecting rod shaft 

and big end part. 

Clamping support : 

6.  Loosen four nuts for connecting rod studs 

hydraulically, and dismount nuts and studs. 

Loosening procedure :                                   

Loosening pressure : 1170 bar (max. 1208 bar)
