피스톤 핀 및 링의 분해
1.
피스톤과 커넥팅 로드 샤프트를 엔진 블록에서 분해
한다.

2.
I-볼트를 피스톤 크라운에 설치하고, 크레인에 매달
아 올린다.
3.
피스톤과 커넥팅 로드 샤프트를 작업대에서 들어올
린 후, 커넥팅 로드 샤프트의 접합면을 목재 테이블
또는 유사한 종류위에 조심스럽게 내려 놓는다.
4.
그림 1과 같이 피스톤 핀 써클립을 전용 플라이어를
사용하여 분해한다.

피스톤을 들고 있는 상태에서 피스톤 핀을 반대방향
으로 뽑아낸다.
Dismantling a Piston Pin and Piston Rings
1. Dismount the piston together with connecting rod
shaft from the engine.

2. Install I-bolt on the piston crown, and hook up onto
a crane.
3. Lift up the piston together with connecting rod
shaft from working stand, and slow down the joint
faces of connecting rod shaft on the wooden table
or the likes carefully.
4. Dismantle circlips for piston pin by means of plier
as shown in fig. 1.

5. Take out the piston pin to the opposite side during
lifting the piston.
