Commands for configuration tasks are available only in an Admin session. An account must have
admin authority to execute the
admin start
command, which opens an Admin session (see
admin command
).
Commands
This section lists and describes the MPX200 CLI commands in alphabetical order. Each command
description includes syntax, keywords, notes, and examples.
Admin
Opens or closes an administrator (Admin) session. You must be in an Admin session to execute
commands that change the router configuration. An inactive Admin session times out after 15 minutes.

logout

shutdown

reset
commands also end an Admin session.

Terminates an Admin session opened by another user. Use
this keyword with care because it terminates the Admin
session without warning the other user and without saving
pending changes.
cancel
NOTE:
Closing a Telnet window during an Admin session does not release the session. When using Telnet,
you must either wait for the Admin session to time out, or use the
admin cancel
command.
