Caution
The connection position is 1/2-20UNF (5/16”) male flare (with valve core).

Using a 1/2-20UNF (5/16”) female flare (with valve core) R410A refrigerant charge hose, capillary

tube, etc. (something that can amply withstand a pressure of 5MPa), fasten while being careful that
unreasonable stress is not applied to the pressure gauge and the base of the connection piping. At
this time, pump down the inside of the hose to a vacuum.
Connect positively so that there is no refrigerant leakage after installation.

Connect each pressure gauge with the pipe at the connection position shown in the figure.
Caution
Use a pressure gauge having an outside diameter (including the ●
mounting part) of ø98 or less and a gauge diameter of ø75 or less
Measuring ranges of the pressure gauges:
●
High-pressure side: 0 to 5 MPa
Low-pressure side: 0 to 3.5 MPa
However, it is recommended that both pressure gauges should
be designed for a measuring range 0 to 5 MPa
Caution
Use a pressure gauge mounting plate of the above outside dimensions.

The mounting plate must be thick enough to endure the weights of the pressure gauges.

Make mounting screw holes in accordance with each pressure gauge.

Each pressure gauge must be installed at the center position shown above
