The keypad does not transmit the COPY command to the drive, and does not transmit any data to the drive again in 10
ms at the time you copy the parameters to the drive.

• Communication connection error
• Keypad error
• Control board error
• The causes of error are mostly communication problems between the keypad and control board.
Potential causes include communication signal interference and the unacceptable communication
command to the Follower. Check if the error occurs randomly, or only occurs when copying certain
parameters (the error displays on the upper right corner of the copy page). If you cannot clear the
error, please contact Technical Support.

The parameters incorrectly at the time you copy parameters to the drive. For example, you copy the new firmware
version with added parameters to the drive with old firmware version.

• Add new parameters to the new
firmware version.
• Malfunction caused by interference
• SE2: In this stage, the copied data has been transmitted to the Follower. The Follower compares and
processes the copied data, and then saves the data to the Data ROM. During the process, the data
error (should be attribution error) may occur, or the data cannot be saved to EEPROM. At this time,
the warning occurs. It is suggested to check the status of Data ROM and remove the error causes
first. If you cannot clear the error, please contact Technical Support.
• Verify the wiring and grounding of the main circuit, control circuit and the encoder for effective anti-
interference performance.
