Possible Causes
Corrective Action
• Incorrect parameter setting
• Mechanical error (e.g. mechanical lock
due to over-torque)
• The load is too large
• Accel./ Decel. time and working cycle is
too short
• V/F voltage is too high
• The motor capacity is too small
• Over-load during low-speed operation
• The torque compensation is too large
• Improper parameter settings for the
speed tracking function (including
restart after momentary power loss and
restart after fault)
• Configure the settings for
[PROT-13]
and
[PROT-14]
• Remove the causes of malfunction.
• Decrease the loading. Replace with a motor with larger capacity.
• Increase the setting values for
[SET-11]
and
[SET-12]
• Adjust the V/F curve (Motor 2,
[VFD-03]
), especially the setting value for the mid-point voltage (if the
mid-point voltage is set too small, the load capacity decreases at low-speed).
• Replace with a motor with larger capacity.
• Decrease the loading during low-speed operation. Increase the motor capacity.
• Adjust the torque compensation value (
[Motor-17]
) until the output current decreases and the motor
does not stall.
• Correct the parameter settings for speed tracking. Start speed tracking function. Adjust the
maximum current for
[PROT-39]
speed tracking.
