• Malfunction caused by interference
• The command from the upper unit does
not meet the CANopen format
• For interference:
• Verify wiring/grounding of the communication circuit. It is recommended to separate the com

munication circuit from the main circuit, or wire in 90 degree for effective anti-interference
performance.
• Make sure the communication circuit is wired in series.
• Use CANopen cable or add terminating resistance.
• If the command does not meet the format, call Technical Support.
