Corrective Action
• The Master communication value is
more than the allowable quantity of the
communication card
• The upper unit is online without
communicating, and does not break off
the Modbus TCP link, causes occupy
connection
• A new Modbus TCP connection is built
every time when the upper unit is
connected to the communication card,
which caused occupy connection
• Reduce Master communication value
• Revise program of upper unit, the communication should be break off when it is not used for a long
time
• Revise program of upper unit: use the same Modbus TCP connection when connected to the same
communication card
