1=The drive is running and ready to release the reference
b3 Fault Active
0=No fault active
1=Fault IS active
b4 Coast Stop Not Active
0=Coast stop active
1=Coast stop NOT active
b5 Quick Stop Not Active
0=Emergency stop active
1=Emergency stop NOT active
b6 Switch On Inhibited
0=No Inhibit
1=The drive is out of fault and coast / quick stop state
