Transporting the Machine

Pick up the machine using the hand grips
on the left, right and back of the machine.
Be sure at least two people carry the machine.
Do not lift the machine by any of its
attachments. Dropping the machine can cause
personal injury.
If you have a back problem, make sure to check
the weight of this machine before carrying.
(See “Specifications,” on p. 14-2.)
If you need to install the Cassette Feeding Unit-
AC1 in the machine, place the feeder at the
installation site first, and then transport the
machine to the site. For directions on how to
install the Cassette Feeding Unit-AC1, see the
sheet “Cassette Feeding Unit-AC1 Setup
