either CapTalk or HMI is described herein.
The purpose of this chapter is to describe the steps
that are necessary to interrogate the M-6280A
utilizing either the front panel HMI or a Windows™
based computer running CapTalk
®
S-6280
Communications Software through any of the
available communications ports. These instructions
assume that the following conditions exist:
• The unit is energized from an appropriate
power supply (Green OK status light is
illuminated).
See Chapter 5, Connections, Section
5.0, External Connections, for power
supply connection details.
• Fo r W i n d ow s b a s e d c o m p u t e r
communications, CapTalk is installed on
the host computer.
