Communication/Ethernet (Cont.'d)
Auto Negotiation
ENABLE
When enabled allows the user to set the Ethernet
Port to a fixed speed of 100 mbps.
Keepalive Time
120 sec
Allows the Keepalive Time to be set to a value from
1 to 50000 seconds.
If no communication activity is detected on a
previously open ethernet socket, for the amount
of time specified by the "Keepalive time" setting,
the control will then close the socket and make it
available for future connection.

NOTE Keepalive time applies only to Ethernet
communication.
Communication/Bluetooth
Bluetooth Enable
ENABLE
Enables or disables the Bluetooth ® feature when
installed on the control.
Reset
Ready Press ENTER
Allows the user to reset the Bluetooth Module to
"Beckwith" factory default settings.
Protocol
MODBUS
Provides the ability to select either MODBUS or
DNP3.0 protocol.
Authentication

Enables or disables Authentication and provides
the means to enter a Pass Key when set (1 to 16
characters).
Friendly Name

Allows the user to name the unit (maximum of 32
characters).
Bluetooth Pass Reset
Ready Press ENTER
This feature allows the Bluetooth Authentication
setting to be set to "Disable". This action results in
the Bluetooth Passkey being reset.

Displays Bluetooth device address of the Bluetooth

Provides the user with capability to select either
