door is open or the door solenoid
is malfunctioning.

Close and lock the door.

and tape drives are not being used by any

could not reach its destination
along the short axis. Open the door and look for anything that might be
obstructing the CHM along its short axis.

INTERNAL S/W ERROR.
Firmware error. Make sure the library and tape drives are not being
used by any host, then press

on the operator
panel.
If the error persists, contact your service provider.
You may be asked to supply a Diagnostic listing, and
you may need new firmware.
