If you cannot resolve the problem, call your service provider. Before
calling, gather the following information:

For the library:

serial number (found on the Serial Number screen

on the LCD or on the rear panel), firmware number (found on the
Main Screen of the LCD), and SCSI configuration (single-ended or
differential, narrow or wide).

For the tape drives:

model, serial numbers (found on the top of the

tape drive housing) and FECODE and EECODE numbers (found on
the top of the tape drive housing).

For the host computer:

operating system, computer brand name

and model, type of host bus adapter card installed, and application
software name and version number.
