Replacing data cartridge magazines
To open the door and replace a data cartridge magazine:
1. Insert the key in the lock, push in, and turn it one quarter turn to the
right, as shown in
Figure 4-4 .

Important
Do not open the library door unless you
need to remove and replace cartridge magazines or
perform a maintenance operation. It takes 2½ to 5
minutes for the library to update the cartridge
inventory after the door is opened and closed.
